Concerned over changing border around my nipples

I have noticed that the border around my nipples have changed over time, I used to have well defined borders around my nipples, but the border are irregular and not defined. Is it something to worry about?!

Hi,
Sometimes changes in areola occurs with fluctuations in hormone levels (Estrogen and Progesterone) This can happen particularly during pregnancy or when nearing menopause.
From what you describe, these findings do not sound concerning, but if you are worried you should see your Doctor for reassurance.
