Pregnancy after the bilateral TRAM flap

Is it still okay to get pregnant after having done a bilateral TRAM flap?

From a surgical standpoint there have been successful pregnancies following a unilateral tram flap but no one could come up with an example with a bilateral procedure. Being able to sustain the pregnancy after bilateral tram flap is definitely questionable. You might ck. with both your Plastic Surgeon and your OB/GYN about this issue.  Regards ....
