Please go to your doctor right away.  You need to have this checked out.  Family history of breast cancer is one indicator but not the only one. I was just diagnosed with breast cancer about a month ago and no one in our family has ever had cancer...please have it checked out.  The surgeon who did your wrist surgery would be a good place to start.  Call and ask his nurse to call you back if she is unavailable when you call.  Tell her what is going on.  Please do this on Monday!  Good luck!

You need to make an appointment with your doctor. The pain you describe could most likely be nerve damage from your surgery. However, the changes in your nipple need to be investigated. I am a 3yr BC survivor, bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. No chemo or radiation.
I wish you the best.

The only way to know what is going on is to see your doctor for a clinical breast examination. If s/he detects an abnormality, you will likely be scheduled for some type of imaging study.

If you would like additonal information or support after you have done that, feel free to write again, adding  any related additional posts to this same thread. (And, if you don't mind, please don't use all caps in future posts. They are more  difficult to read, and are generally viewed as "YELLING." Thanks!)

Best wishes...
