metastatic breast cancer stage 4 Hormone-receptor Positive

My mom has metastatic breast cancer stage 4 Hormone-receptor Positive . She was on Femara for 15 months and then on Faslodex for 21 months. Her recent tests showed worsening of cancer, in particular:

Two new hypo attenuating hepatic lesions measuring up to 1.8 cm,

Interval increase in size of a T12 vertebral body sclerotic lesion. Osseous metastases.

Interval progression of disease with interval increase in size of azygoesophageal recess and prevascular lymph  nodes, new modularity along right major fissure, as well as new osseous lesions in the T12 and T10 vertebral bodies.

Bone scans  reveals multiple areas of increased uptake involving the posterior skull, cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, sternum, left anterior ribs, bilateral shoulders, left knee, and right distal tibia, and each correspond to metastases.

I am sorry to hear your mother has Stage 4 beast cancer, and that it is worsening.

Did you have a question you would like for us to try to answer?

If so, please include additional  relevant information, such as what your mother's oncologist is recommending for her at this point. (For example, has a course of chemo been discussed? Or application to clinical trials?)
