12 years late lymph pain

Now, twelve years after breast surgery, some lymph node removal, on a new regime wiht 7% saline solution, abuterol or xopenex, Gentamicin, and Budesonide in a nebulizer 2X a day to counter act effects ofd radiartion damage to my right lung i suddenly have pain in my right lymph node.  Are the nebulizer effects affectinbg my lymph nodes?  Should I stop?  I am travellling with my children.  I am 72 and rarelhy see my children and grqand children an don'tr want to have to stop this brief visit for the week that I am here.  Thanks for your advice.
