Hey, I've just turned 14 and I've found a lumpLumps in the breasts unerneath my nipple.. IT's really small hardly a centimetre and it's moveable and there is also no pain which is what concerns me. One of my "breasts" is bigger than the other just slightly. Could this be, male breast cancer..?
It would be very difficult to say anything without a proper clinical examination. A small lumpLumps in the breasts could also be associated with pubertal changes.

Do you notice any other symptoms like skin changes or nipple discharge?
It would be best to consult your doctor to rule out gynecomastia rather than breast cancer - the chances of which are minimal.
Let us know what your doctor advises and if you have any doubts do let us know.
Hope this helps.
