18 and worried about breast cancer

I know it's very rare for women under the age of 20 to get breast cancer but I'm worried nonetheless. I don't know how long the lump/bump/pimple thing has been there but recently I've been getting worried about the painless, tiny round bump just under my left nipple. It's the same color as the aereola. It's the only one I've noticed and I'm 18 and have recently found out I'm also pregnant. I haven't noticed any other symptoms involving it so I'm quite concerned, especially after all the online research I've done.

If the "thing" you're talking about is within the areola and quite tiny this may well be a gland that is a normal part of the anatomy of the breast. Usually there are several of them in a circle all around the edge of the areola. These are called Montgomery's Glands and they do tend to enlarge during pregnancy. When you next see your OB Dr you might call this to his/her attention and get an opinion. I don't see any reason for you to be worried about breast cancer. These glands are actually large modified sweat glands that secrete a material that lubricates the nipple. Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy.
