19, unsure of what this is? Help much appreciated.

There's a really, really tiny hard lump just under the skin, looks like its in a pore. It looks like a blackhead but raised. I thought it was just a really clogged hair follicle or pore, but I can't remove it. It doesn't budge. I've had it for two years and it hasn't changed or caused anything. I think it's a cyst of some sort based on my personal research. I just thought I would ask others opinions on it. It looks like a hard lumped blackhead. Thank you.

Since this tiny hard lump has been there for the past 2 years and it has not enlarged or changed in appearance I really doubt that this has anything to do with breast cancer.
This could be a mole,a wart or so many other things,but it's really hard for anyone in this forum to determine what it could really be.
I am afraid that no matter how much you or us research it,we won't get any answers unless a dermatologist checks it out and lets you know exactly what it is.
