Fibroglandular findings are indeed benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo. Microcalcifications are the response of breast tissue to some abnormality within the breast. It isn't unusual to be called back for a magnified view of an area of concern. The X-ray will be concentratedConcentrated phillips milk of magnesia on one specific area within the breast to give a better view. Keep in mind that these calcifications don't always mean cancer .... they can be caused by a benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo condition as well. If after the follow-up mammogram the area appears suspicious some type of biopsy may be recommended. Please follow whatever is recommended and don't worry too much about this right now.
