That would depend on the area of susupicion and the Surgeon's recommendation. As far as the psychologicalChild neglect and psychological abuse part .. that depends on how you feel about it; I have always thought that having neither breast would be easier to deal with than having only one. That's a personal thing of course. Clean margins would need to be obtained with Lumpectomy and the amount of tissue removed may well enter into the decision. Regards .....
