3 cancers found during mastetomy

I am 42 and was diagnosed with BC in March. On May 4 I had bilateral mastectomy with immedate reconstruction. I just got results from my surgeon and there was 3 cancers in my right breast. One measuring 1.3 cm,grade ll, IDC, NOS, margins 7 and 9 mm, no nodes involved, no lymphovascular involvement. Second measuring 1.1 cm, grade ll, mixed ductal and lobular, margins widely negative. Third 0.2 cm,grade ll, ILC,margins widely negative.
Left breast no invasive carcinoma, focal severe atypical ductal hyperplasia.
I am waiting for my appointment with medical oncologist, but according to my surgeon I would be put on hormonal therapy. ER/PR positive.ER 7, PR 6 (max 8). Waiting for Her2.
What about chemo?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dear nikola04, As there was some evidence of invasive cancer noted (1.3cm, grade 2, IDC) chemotherapy may be considered.  The oncologist will discuss with you the risks and benefits of chemotherapy as part of a treatment plan in your individual situation.
