3ed cycle of Chemotherapy! what is the advisable combination?

My wife diagnosed with mitastic breast cancer in April 2002 in her left breast. Chemotherapy history (October-June) 2002: 4 sessions Neoadujvant chemotherapy Taxotere  + Epirubicin
On July 2002 Left breast was removed
(August-September) 2002: 3 session
Neoadujvant chemotherapy Taxotere + Epirubicin
On October 2005 lemph node near the nick area were positive with cancer.(October 2005 - March 2006) : 6 sessions
of Taxotere + Gemzar
July 2006 multi-tumors (at lease 6)detected in the brain. currently she is under whole brain radiation. and oncologist recomended to start chemo on mid Sept 2006 to treat some active cancer cells in the chest area.
Q: What is the most recomended combination of chemo drugs for her case to take it now?
