7mm Spiculated Mass on by breast

Had a mammorgram (annual) and they saw a 7mm spiculated mass at 12 oclock on my breast and want to do a follow up mammogram and ultrasound.  I am leaving on vacation and cannot get it done for the next 10 days.  Should I be concerned about waiting?  I do have a dense breast on that side and not the other.

10 days should not make much of a difference, but spiculated masses are considered very suspicious, so please get the additional testing done as soon as posswible after you return from vacation.
