A/C treatment for breast cancer

I was diagnosed with lobular left breast cancer, er/pr positive as well as her/2 neu positive with 1 of 3 nodes positive.  I had a mastectomy and tram flap reconstruction.   My oncologist originally prescribed the usual four rounds of a/c chemotherapy followed by tamoxifen.   Then, when he realized  I was also positive to her/2 neu, upped it to six rounds.  I am concerned that this might be overly aggressive.  What are your thoughts on this?
