Advices needed on "Birads 3: Probably benign"

Hello

I received the following results for my mammogram and I was wondering 1) does this report mean something is wrong and 2) if there is anything I should do at this time? Thanks.

"The breast parenchyma is composed of scattered fibroglandular tissue in a background of fatty stroma. There are bilateral occasional benign appearing calcifications. There are no suspicious masses or suspicious clusters of microcalifications which are noted in either breast to suggest malignancy. Probable lymph nodes are noted in both axillae. These measure up to 11mm on the left. If old films are not available, a six-month followup is suggested.
Impression: Probable lymph nodes.
Birads 3: Probable benign"

(I'm 52 years old and no old films are available. My aunt died of breast cancer)

I see nothing in the report that indicates any abnormality. The 6 month follow-up is recommended due to the fact that there are no previous films for comparison. Family history is usually based on 1st degree relatives ... mother, sister.   Regards ....

In April I found a lump behind my left nipple. I had a mam and an us which showed a superficial 2.3x0.2x0.3 oval nodule with mild posterior shadowing. I went for a biopsy but the radiologist coudn't find the area and I went home. The lump is still palpable and tender now into my left axilla. I saw my PMD today and she said I had some swollen glands in my axilla and ordered an MRI. Is this signifigant or am I over reacting?
