You are more than welcome!
To help lessen breast pain, try wearing a good supportive bra to reduce breast movement. Many women with breast pain find it comfortable to wear a bra even while they sleep.
Also try to reduce caffeine intake (coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate etc.).
Maintain a low fat diet rich in fruits, vegetables, losing excess weight may reduce breast pain.
Hoping that all goes well for you soon! :)
Take care...
Thank You so much for giving me some info. I had blood work done one week ago and my RBC are 10 points low. Today I am going to my Oncologist and hopefully he will say and do the right thing. I am also having terrible breast pain and I am so moody and emotional. All together I just don't feel right. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Hi,
First, let me congratulate you on making it to 5 years and remaining NED!
Indeed Tamoxifen could cause fatigue. Many women have complained about it and it could last for quite a while after treatment is completed.Eventually and hopefully things will gradually get better.
You should also be aware that other factors could also cause fatigue, such as depression, anemia, lack of sleep, underactive thyroid gland etc... .Talk to your doctor for a complete blood count,to check if other health issues, including the ones I mentioned could be possible causes of your fatigue,so steps can be taken to manage your symptoms.
Wishing you all the best and continuing good health...
