Alternative Treatment for Chronic Postsurgical Pain

I am a postsurgery (modified radical mastectomy with ANS) patient of about 7 months.  I am still having chronic pain in my surgical site.  The surgeon says every thing looks fine.  I cannot take pain meds because they stop my bowel.  Are there some effective nutritional supplements for it?

Not that I know of .... you might try to get an appointment at a Pain Management Clinic. The only reason I know of to have such lingering pain would be some possible nerve damage as a result of the surgery. This is somethingthat happens and often cannot be avoided. Regards...
