Had breast reduction 20 months ago. Breasts took quite a long time to finally feel "

Had diagnostic mammogram nine months post op...everything was fine, except breasts were still very tight with fluid. I am a runner, and as soon as I started really getting back into it, my breasts finally "relaxed", but the right side under the arm still looked like there was some fluid in it, especially right after I had a run.(I hope I didn't do damage to scar tissue?) It would go down after a while, but the area wasn't as tight looking as the left. I then noticed my right axillary puffed out, and was able to feel a very oval piece of tissue that was rubbery feeling and mobile... Can't keep hold of it when I try to move my arm). Went for a diagnostic mammogram with ultrasound. Findings on mammogram and ultrasound indicated assymetric right breast tissue, all
