Antilliary (spelling?) lymph node

Antilliary (spelling?) lymph node

Hi, 36 years old, went for first baseline mammogram.  Called back for further view of right breast.  Was told I had something called an antilliary or encillary (I'm not sure of the spelling) lymph node in my armpit.  Was recommended to have another mammogram in four months to see it it has changed.  If no change, they do nothing.  Don't understand what an antilliary or encillary lymph node means.  Should I request a second opinion and have a mammogram done somewhere else?  Thank you!

Dear Ailishnj, Axillary lymph nodes refer to the lymph nodes under the arm, in the armpit.  What I would want to know is, what was unusual about the lymph node that was cause for concern?  Was the lymph node larger than would be expected?  Lymph nodes can fluctuate in size sometimes enlarging, for instance, if we have an infection.  Without knowing what the concern was on the mammogram it's difficult to say if a second opinion would be advised.
