I developed an itchy dry rash on part of my left areola (1 side only) about 2 mths ago. It seems to be calmed by mild cream but not always. 2 years ago I had a biopsy of a skin rash on my right breast (not near my nipple/areola) and it said suspect paget's disease, a second opinion said not paget's (but could not say what it was). Although the last biopsy was not paget's should this concern me or is it just a case of dermatitis?
How are you doing now? Do you still have the lesions? Have you consulted your doctor about this?
What symptoms are you having now?
Have you noticed any breast lumps, skin changes or nipple discharge on breast self examination?
Paget's disease is usually a progressive lesion and associated with underlying breast cancer.
You should read up on Paget's disease of the breast at the folowing links -

The chances that the lesions you have is paget's are very less.
Let us know about how you are doing and if you have any other doubts.
