BB sized lump

im 21 years old, and i have this bb sized lump in my right breast near the nipple itself im with out insurance and was wondering if this is something that i should be concerned about it has been there for over a year now not having pain, if some one could please help me understand what this might be it would be greatly appreciated.

First I would like to tell you that this probably should have been ck.d out when you discovered it .... not a year later. I would suggest that you either see your Dr. or visit a Clinic to have this ck.d out. We should never ignore something like this just in case it might be something serious. There is no way to speculate as to exactly what this might be without benefit of examination. Please see either a Dr. or a Nurse at a clinic for an exam.   Regards ....
