Hi,
A BI-RADS score 4,means that whatever was detected on mammography imagery is suspicious and needs to be biopsied to rule out cancer.
Many BI-RADS category 4 abnormalities turn out benign in nature.
Having other health problems will have to be discussed with doctors who are specialized on these issues.
Best wishes...

Hi there,
I too had a mammogram n DID NOT pass,it required a biopsy as the letter stated BIRAD 4,i was worried as hell, could not sleep, had a difficult time eating n so on...until i had a stereotactic biopsy, results read "fibrocystic changes" benign.Do you know that most biopsy turn up to be benign?about 85%.try not to worry(easier said than done,i know)but the percentages is in your favor, think positive,i'll be praying for you!
