BIRADS 4,means that the radiologist after viewing your mammogram or ultrasound,has found that the lump or area of concern is suspicious.BIRADS is a score that radiologists use to categorize what they are seeing.A lot of BIRADS 4 return a favorable finding.I hope that I've been of some help.Take care.

Try not to worry. I had a birads 4c lump and it turned out to be absolutely benign.
