BREAST CANCER TREATMENT

HELLO EVERYeONE!
my mother (age 44 yr) is undergoing breast cancer treatment ( ER /PR +      HER -   ).  she has  undergone Lumpectomy of the left breast and then has taken 8 chemotherapies (4 Adriamycin +Endoxan       and 4 Pacliget).now she will have radiotherapy from 27 th May.    please help me out in the folllowing two questions...

Q1. Is it true that during radiotherapy the cancer treatment role is played by the free radicals present in the body. and if it is so...then should my mother stop consuming anti oxidant rich food in her diet till the radiotherapy gets over??
Q2. Since my mother is ER/PR+     so, should she stop consuming soya bean rich foods like those rich in  soya protein isolate and soya lecithin.

please help me out over these 2 questions as I am unable to have a satisfactory decision over these two matters....and highly confused over what my mother should consume in her diet.
