Bc history now lung nodules

Hi, I had stage 1 breast cancer 18 months ago, IDC. Had a lumpectomy and radiation, take tamoxifen.  The cancer was found during surgery to take out 3 masses (those were benign ) I have dense fibrocistic very active tissue.  Last week I had a ct because of mid scapulae pain and l arm aim.  Subcentimeter nodules found in right base and middle lobes and on left lung.  Also, there was a small ground glass area in the right middle lobe.  Unfortunaely, I also have a long history of lite smoking. Does sound like breast mets, primary lung or benign not to worry?  Thank you

Dear annakid, Over the internet without even seeing the scan it is impossible to diagnos what these subcentimeter nodules are.  They would need to be evaluated in context (comparison to prior films etc), and a decision about whether they can/need to be biopsied - which is the only way to know for sure what they are.
