Bi-Rad 4 scared please

I had to go for a spot mammo and now a stereotactic biopsy.  Can you please explain a little what this might mean.  I have an increased number of calcifications cluster since last years mammo.  They are numerous and pleomorphic at the clusters.  Also they are somewhat rounded  and palisading in nature and question whether they are papillary lesions.  Please note no nodular density, stellate density, nor area of suspicious architecture distortion in seen at this time in the area of calcifications.

The last sentence is GOOD !! These are desirable non-findings. There is no way to speculate as to what the clustered calcifications may indicate.Only the biopsy can answer your question as to the meaning of these calcifications. Many biopsies for calcifications return a negative / benign result.  Regards .....
