Biopsy for cyst aspiration

I am 45 years old. In Jan of this year I went for a mammogram. It came back class 0 - dense breasts. It was recommended I go for a breast ultrasound which I did. 3 cysts were found, 2 simple, one complex. I was referred to a surgeon who said repeat the ultrasound in 3 months and don't worry. When I repeated the ultrasound, it showed 3 cysts ranging from 2.8 mm to 5.2 mm. But it also showed a "small hypoechoic solid nodule, a complex cyst vs. a solid nodule". "Recommend fine needle aspiration." I went for that today and there were 4 cysts that were aspirated easily, but the "nodule or complex" one was harder and she had to change to a larger needle to get it all out, but she did. She sent it to the lab as she said there was a bit of blood in it, which she said could be a hemographic cyst, but not sure. I asked her what the chances were that it was something to be concerned about, but she said it's best to wait for the lab report. Of course I am beside myself with worry and the results are a week away. What do you think of all this?

Dear nycjane, Unfortunately, we cannot totally reassure you that this will be a benign finding, nor can we say that it will be something to be concerned about.  You have gone through the proper steps of having this nodule evaluated.  What to do next if anything, will need to be determined after having the results of this biopsy.
