Biopsy results question

Biopsy results question

I have posted several times regarding my syptoms (symptoms) and maybe it being IBC. I had a punch skin biopsy which came back negitive. However the doctor said something about the only thing it said was something about a skin scar but the dr said there was no scar where she took the biopsy from. Any iea what this would mean? Also it is my understanding from my research on inflammatory breast cancer that if you have a negitive skin biopsy it does not mean you don't have IBC often if you have IBC the skin biopsy can come back negtive. I have seen two breast dr who do ot think it is IBC but I am still worried.

I still have some redness and pain (I do have some cysts in his breast) and what I think is slight swelling of the breast however it seems to get better after laying down could it be something vascular in the breast is that possible? Should I see a vascular doctor?

Any help appreciated.

Dear debbie225:  Without reviewing your records and performing a physical examination, we cannot speculate on the cause of your symptoms.  IBC is a  rare form of breast cancer in which the breast appears red (the skin often resembles an orange peel in texture), swollen (obviously), and hot to touch.  If two breast specialist feel that this is not IBC, there is likely a good chance that this is correct.  You may ask them about a possible explanation for your symptoms and you can mention your vascular question.  Alternatively, you can see a third breast specialist.
