I think the doctor and radiologist feel that the lesion is most probably benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo and hence a follow up examination in 6 months would tell about any change. This is the usual plan of management.
Till then you could carry out regularRegular insulin breast self examinations and report any abnormal features to your doctor. Also, you could take the opinion of another breast sepcialist and then decide what needs to be done.
