Blackish pimple/mole

I have noticed in maybe the past year or so that there have been changes to my breasts. I never had any issues and I'm assuming maybe it is now because I'm getting older or because I now have a child and hormones, etc. Last night I looked down at my breast and noticed I had about 4 moles (2 around each nipple), but they were all different shapes. The ones on my left breast looked a little bigger and as I looked closely it seemed as if it had something darker coming out. Like a white head on a pimple (I know sounds gross!), only thing is that these darker spots were coming out as if the moles had several pin sized leakes. I squeezed the mole and the dark stuff came out and the mole seemed to fall apart a little. I honestly don't think it's a mole. What could this possibly be? I'm half african american and half hispanic and don't know if this is a common race issue or what. Should I be worried about this?

Hi again,
Well,I guess that if you know for sure that these "bumps" are not Montgomery glands, then  other possibilities could be many.Without an examination by a dermatologist, you will find it hard to know exactly what's going on, especially over the internet where we can only guess what they are,no matter how well you describe them.
The only advice I can give you, since you seem to be concerned,is to have these "moles" checked out professionally to get a correct diagnosis and have peace of mind.
Take care.

Hi Zouzi.

I know exactly what the Montgomery Glands are and these are not it. They are much darker and not the same size nor location as my other montgomery glands. None of them are the same size either. One s really big and the others are smaller but still not the same size.Does anything else come to mind?

Hi there,
These little bumps are called Montgomery glands which appear on the areolas or nipples and have nothing to do with breast cancer. These glands are sebaceous glands which produce an oily fluid secreted in small amount to keep the the nipples and areolas lubricated.
Some women make the mistake thinking that these bumps are pustules or pimples and attempt to squeeze them. This is definitely not something that should be done, because it could lead to infection.
On the other hand, true pimples,(aside Montgomery gland),are common and can appear on your nipple area as on any other part on the body. They can occur for various reasons, from pores clogged with dead skin and oil, to bacterial infection and also from stress and hormones.
Usually these types of pimples go away on their own and are not an indication of breast cancer, especially because they are present bilaterally.Apply warm compresses, keep the area clean and wash with an antiseptic soap. However,if you feel pain, redness or swelling, you should see a dermatologist so this condition can be treated, whether it's a Montgomery glands,or pustules infection.
Take care..
