Blocked ducked

Please can you tell me the best way I can deal with a blocked ducked on my nipple. My doctor said it will just go but it seems to be getting bigger. my doctor hasnt even talked about unblocking it. Im not sure how it got blocked and how to get rid of it????

What symptoms are you having? For how long have you had the symptoms? What is your age?

Frequent breast feeding, different positions to help drain the milk from the breasts are recommended. Warm compresses, breast massage should be tried for symptomatic relief.

If your symptoms still persist, you shoul dreview with your doctor to rule out the complications of clogged milk ducts including breast engorgement and mastitis.
