Dear atit, Not exactly sure what you are asking.  However, if you are asking about having pain at the site of where your biopsy was done it is difficult to evaluate this over the internet.  Usually the further you are from the biopsy the more likely that pain associated with the procedure would be gone – this is usually over days to weeks after the procedure.  With pain persisting and causing discomfort or is worsening be sure to bring this the attention of your doctor who can evaluate this for you, and put your symptoms into context.
