Breast Cancer?

I'm a 15 year old female and I have a hard lump under my right nipple. It only hurts when I lay down on my stomach too quickly or whenever a sudden force pushes on it, but it hurts as if I've bruised it or something which I may have because I ran into a wall. I've done some research, but I'm still worried that it may be something serious. I've only had it for about a week, but I haven't had any symptoms, no skin changes, no discharge, no symptoms of sickness. Except for a few days ago I experienced a sort of pain on the right side of my body. I had a headache, I couldn't hold anything with my right hand because it felt weak, and I had an aching pain in my foot. Would any of those symptoms be caused by that lump, or was it just a phase? I apologize for the grammar errors, but please respond as soon as possible.

At your age it is not unusual to experience  a lump in your breast .... there are many thngs related to hormone changes in your body now. If you did injure your breast as you seem to think then this may well be the cause of the lump and discomfort you have described. None of the other symptoms you have mentioned would be related to the lump as far as I can tell. If you continue to have discomfort or the lump becomes larger I suggest that you check with your family Dr. for a breast exam and opinion as to the cause but I doubt that it is anything serious.   Regards ....
