Maybe someone can steer me in the right direction. Yesterday I finished 33 radiationCystitis - noninfectious Radiation therapy treatments. The way I look at it is a finally reached the end of a long tunnel. Diagnosed with DCIS in September. A Lumpectomy and then a second operation to widen the margins in October. Just about 7 weeks of radiationCystitis - noninfectious Radiation therapy. I am ready to put this all behind me (at least until my next mammography in March). Anyway, the surgery and treatments have left me somewhat lopsided. Not a big deal but it would be nice to be able to put something in my bra that would even me out to some degree. I live in the New York City Area. Can anyone tell me where I could go to order some kind of form or enhancer that might do the trick. Good luck to all who are out there and dealing with this disease one way or the other.
have you checked out the Susan Komen Foundation website.. that or the American Cancer Society, I think that's www.cancer.org. Inviting website, isn't it? Actually I heard that if you join the ACS they supply a lady w/ two bras, perhaps some of them would come w/ pads or adjustmentsAdjustment disorder. There were catalogues of all sorts at my Oncologist office, try calling yours! good luck.
