Breast Hemotoma

I do have a large( like a big aple) hemotoma after breast surgery(lumpectomy). It's very painful.The surgeon offered
to remove it, but sad it will be a huge hole and a possible another hemotoma.
What should I do to get better?

Dear Viki832,  A hematoma is basically a collection of blood from a break in a blood vessel.  This type of problem resolves with time. In the meantime, measures such as warm compresses, or pain medication (avoiding aspirin containing products) to help ease discomfort as this is healing.
