The most common cause of this is still that of hormonal reaction of the breast tissues, and your exogenous estrogen intake may play a role in these manifestations.
I believe that this may not be of anything significant especially if the mammograms and other tests are normal, however you should be on the look out of other problems such as superimposed bacterial infection causing foul smelling discharge or formation of lumps or breast nodules.
For now observation may be the only course of action warranted.
