Breast lumpsLumps in the breasts have different causes, and the most commonCommon cold cause of which are fibrocysticFibrocystic breast disease disease or fibroadenoma which represents an unusual response of the breast tissues to the hormonal changes in the body. It is possible that your lumps are actually fibrocystic changes.
I would suggest that you ask your radiologist about the BIRADS score of your mammogram (http://biradsclass.blogspot.com) which is a standardized reporting scheme that will give us the idea whether to pursue further tests such as a biopsy.
Nevertheless, I believe your breasts would warrant more frequent examinations by your doctor and imaging studies such as the mammogram.
