I had a breast MRI last week. The results say "Some peripheral areas show aggressive patterns of rapidRapid shallow breathing enhancement and washout."
I am soon getting a MRI-guided biopsy. Waiting for this is so scary.
Does this mean cancer or could it be something else?
Has anyone else had these results and what was the outcome?
I have seen many ladies called in for a MRI guided biopsy and had benignBenign ear cyst or tumor Benign positional vertigo results. Do you have a copy of the radiologist report? What level/grade did they give you on the report? Didn't they do an ultrasound also?
You will do fine. They should give you plenty of pain meds. That will probaly be the worst. Shots. I hate'em. I do wish you well and will be looking for you to post. Make sure to ask for a completed report and always get a second opinion.
