Breast Nodules

I had an MRI last week because of nipple discharge..  The results were as follows:
"exam revealed a round discrete nodule located centrally within the LEFT breast.  Morphologically it has a lobulated outline and the superior margins appear irregular.  These are suspicious features for this small focus of enhancement.  It also has internal septation which is not enhancing.
In the superior aspect of the RIGHT breast there is an enhancing nodule oblong in shape noted which measures .7 X .4 cm. It has rapid wash out.  This is an indeterminate solid nodule"

I have a double MRI assisted biopsy scheduled for next week.... how worried do I need to be about these findings?  Has anybody had these types of nodules before in BOTH breasts?  Any input I can get would be appreciated

Dear EHTH98:  An MRI is a very sensitive test.  As a result, there can be a high incidence of false positive results.  For this reason, it is recommended that MRI results should not be used alone but in conjunction with the mammogram, ultrasound, and clinical breast examination.  A biopsy will be the only way to know for certain.
