Breast Pain

I also have had sharp pains in both breast, that some time follow with pain in my shoulder blades and pain down my left arm. It has occured off and on for years. I've been to the doctor several times but no one seems to be able to tell me what is wrong. About two year ago, while setting in a doctors office, I read an article on a black female singer who had the same pain and it ended up being a condition that had to do with her heart, did anyone else read this? If so can you tell me who she was so I can research it myself.
