Breast Papilloma & Reconstruction

I have had 4 breast papilloma removed since 2004 resulting in small, misformed shaped and scarred breasts.  I currently have another sizeable lump that I feel that I'm sure is another one.  On my last ultrasound (Feb 2008) we found two more operable lumps (papilloma) with a large amount of glandular involvement.  Before I schedule another mammogram and ultrasound I would like to know if I am a candidate for resection of the underlying milk ducts and glands (all of them so this quits happening) and reconstruction?  Can I reasonable expect the reconstruction to be part of the medical reason thus falling under insurance.  Also can the reconstruction occur at the same time as the resection to minimize recovery and surgical time.

Dear Concerned1957, You will need to discuss this with the surgeon who can evaluate your situation and make appropriate recommendations for you.  You may want to consider a second opinion with a breast specialist these are usually associated with larger academic centers.  As to the insurance coverage you would want to discuss these issues with the financial counselor at the facility where you are planning to have the procedure done.
