Breast Redness

by Scrunch, Sep 04, 2002 12:00AM
In the past few days, my left breast has become red and warm to the touch.  In May of 2001, I had a lumpectomy in that breast followed by 33 radiation treatments, including boosts.  I did not have chemotherapy or adjuvant therapy, since it was only Stage 1, Grade 2, with no node involvement.  Is this something I should worry about?

Dear Scrunch, You may be developing an infection, if this persists or worsens you should check in with your doctor.
