Breast bone

by marycrbtt, May 19, 2009 08:39PM
To the upper right of my breastbone I have a sharp pain every once in a while. It started sunday night and its now tuesday night. I get it mostly at night and I play basketball everyday of the week. Sometimes it travels to the lower left side of my breastbone but only once in a while and its more of a burning sensation. I don't know what it could be or if I should get it checked out?

I'm not sure what it could be but I don't think it's in any way related to breast cancer. I sounds more like some sort of muscle strain but you might have it checked out if it continues to bother you. You might also consider laying off the sports activities for a few days and see if that makes any difference.    Regards ....
