Breast bruise turn into wound

I have a lump in my breast at first it is a little bit painful after 2 months the pain dis appear and the lump inside my breast occur. I took antibiotics after 7 days the bruise occur and after 1 month the bruise turn to wound. a round hole looks like and i little bit painful. After 3 weeks the wound still there just healing very slowly and sometimes there's an itchiness and little bit sting pain. Is this a sign of breast cancer?? Please advise.

Thank you so much for your reply...the doctor who gave me an antibiotics don't even bother to see or feel the lump inside my breast. But he asked me to undergo mammogram. But little afraid of the result that's why until now I did not undergo for mammogram but since I am quite nervous now for what happening to me...because of the wound that very slowly heal. This week I will go for mammogram and praying that It would turn Negative.

Hi,
I presume you went to see a Doctor since you were given antibiotics for what seems to be an infection which can occur on the breast as well as on any other part of the body.
I don't think this is cancer,but have your doctor examine you to see if the lesion is healing properly,or if you need another course of antibiotics.
