Breast cyst with internal echoes

This is all I know so far after ultrasound. I had a really big cyst for a couple of years 12 oclock right breast.(same place as new cyst with internal echoes). 6 mos ago after routine, mamo, ultra sound the radiologist suggested I get it aspirated, along with a complex cyst esle where. I did that right away. By fear is this... Was the big cyst hiding the cyst with internal echoes? There are actually 3 cysts in a row in the same area where big cyst was...that is now seen. Only one has the echoes.. Person doing ultra said maybe it is old cyst filling back up? I am worried. All my cysts so far have been normal ones, or debis filled.. where you could actually see the debris floating in them. Thanks for any help with the limited information I gave you.

Unfortunately, ultrasound is operator dependent.  This means that, the interpretation of the ultrasound depends on the inter-individual variation in technique, and expertise in performing the ultrasound.  A cyst for one sonographer can be interpreted differently by another.  Even the number and character of cysts reported can vary between one sonographer to another.  It is better if you had the same doctor performing the ultrasound but even that situation can have variety in terms of reporting.  I suggest you discuss with your doctor regarding more objective means of monitoring the cysts with little inter-observer variability like MRI.
