Breast leakage

I am a 38 year old mother of 2 girls age 5 and 7.  I only breastfed my oldest daughter for 6 weeks due to mastitis.  For about the past year I have been experiencing leakage from my right breast.  Typically it is a few drops, but every couple of months it completely soaks through my bra and clothes.  The leakage is from my right breast only, is spontaneous, and is brown/sticky.  I have gotten a mammogram, a breast ultrasound and MRI.  The results were somewhat inconclusive.  Most recently I went for a galactogram but it was unsuccessful because I was not able to discharge at the time of the procedure.  I am scheduled for another galactogram to try again before a possible ductogram.  Has anyone experienced this?  Also, could there be a link to herpes?  I contracted herpes from a former boyfriend and have infrequent outbreaks, but I am starting to wonder if there is any connection.  Any thoughts/advice would be most appreciated.
