Breast pain

by Livvie70, Nov 19, 2008 05:54AM
I had a mammogram a year ago. I was expecting it to be a little uncomfortable (I had had them before) but this time it was extremely painful.  Since then I have had an ache on the right side of my right breast, going from the nipple under the breast and up into my armpit.  It is uncomfortable sleeping on my right side. My Dr. sent me to a breast clinic. After an examining my breasts she said that there were no lumps and couldn't come up with an explanation. As this has gone on for so long I am rather worrid. Is there a simple answer to this problem?

This discussion is related to pain under right arm pit and side of right breast.
