Breast size change?

I have an appt. with my doctor next week to check on a lump under my arm. There is no pain or soreness, just a tingly sensation I get every once in a while. I have ask a few questions already, but when they talk about a change in breast size, what kind of changes do they mean?

Than You!  I don't have any of those changes, I don't think. I know that one breast is usually larger than the other. I guess my problem is, and my husband noticed right away. My right breast has decreased in size, ( a lot ) or maybe it is my left rhat has increased. I just thought if the lump that was found under the right arm, if anything was found it would effect the right breast. I sorry about the stupid questions. Do you know what could be causing the tingly sensation? It doesn;t hurt or anything like that, but the  tingly sensation  now starts under my arm and has moved down.  ( the sensation was just where the lump was )

Dear Mccilvain:  Normally, if someone is asking if there have been any changes in breast size, they are asking if you have noticed any swelling or increase in the breast.  They may also ask if you have noticed any other changes such as temperature or color.
