Breast soreness

I'm 28 I'm not pregnant and I don't ever remember having breast soreness before, but for the last 5 days one of my breast feels sore. Any ideas on why? Or is this normal?

Dear Anabanani143:  Breast pain is a common symptom and is often associated with one's menstrual cycle.  There are other possible explanations of breast pain, including trauma.  If you are concerned, you could see a medical breast specialist.  Most breast cancer is not painful.

I think it might because  I recently started doing weights and I think that might be why. Want can do to make it better?
