Breast ultrasound report terms

Report says:  Multiple cysts, anechoic post enhancement with no vascular maximum dimension. Cyst 2.9cm. 1:00 PRSY. What does the PRSY mean? Thanks.

I really don't know what PRSY means in your Ultrasound report,but from what I can gather from the results,I think that you have a Fibrocystic condition which can appear at any age.These cysts are related to the increasing hormonal fluctuations, and if you have any pain in the breast, it's particularly felt prior to the menstrual cycle and subside after the menses finish.Cysts are harmless in themselves, and as long as it's certain that these lumps are indeed cysts,they can be left alone.There really is no need to aspirate them unless they get very large and painful.
Avoiding caffeine, (Coffee,chocolate and colas) salty food and fatty food can lessen the pain and their growth.

P.S Please ask your radiologist or your doctor what the letters PRSY mean,I would be interested to know it too,since I could not find it's meaning anywhere.Thanks.
